The Edge slowly introduces the agility and fundamentals that the older kids are getting. We do it in a “fun and games” kind of way so the kids enjoy the hard work while being rewarded for their efforts. Introducing our tots to these very important movements and sports techniques at an early age will give them a big head start in their athletic endeavors. Parental participation in this workout is welcome but not required.
